This weeks cover comes from the post-hardcore quartet,
United Fruit and their take on the Damned classic New Rose. The song was
recorded as part of a session that they did for the Vic Galloway's Radio
Scotland show back in October of last year. He liked them so much that he's
invited them along to play at one of his 'Vic Galloway presents...' gigs at the
The Electric Circus in Edinburgh on the 26th of this month alongside PAWS and
Vasquez. Ahead of that gig, the boys are also playing a home town show at King
Tut's this coming Monday (16th) alongside Lady North.If you fancy blowing a few of those January cobwebs away then get yourself along to one of these shows.
