Weekly Round Up (05/12/10)

Monday - Johnny Reb kicked off the week in style with some Fresh Meat action
Tuesday - the first in what will be a series of sessions posts from our good friend Brian at Fresh Air. Starting it all off we had Over the Wall playing an array of tunes for y'all
Wednesday - the heartbreaking Seafieldroad were the last entranst to the Scots Way-Hay club in 2010, awesome stuff
Thursday - Electropapknit Records were my 14th Scottish DIY Label interviewees, plus there were two storming sessions from Admiral Fallow and Mitchell Museum
Friday -Friday Freebies were pretty sweet this week, with tunes from Idlewild, Jonsi, Miaoux Miaoux and Bad Religion
Saturday - the first of my festive tunes came from Glasgow's very own Camera Obsucra in We've Got It Covered

Bronto Skylift release their new single 'Gameboy' this week, in support of it's release Scotland noisiest duo are heading off on a wee tour of their homeland. Kicking of at Madhatters in Iverness on Tuesday, they will also be selling just to 70 hand numbered copies of their single, which includes exclusive new artwork designed by the band. Prepare to have your ears melted.

Bronto Skylift - Gameboy (Vic Galloway Session)

Another Scottish band hitting the road this week are Edinburgh's finest, the Last Battle. To celebrate their jaunt round their snowy homeland, the band are going to be giving away a free download of their single 'Natures Glorious Rage', tomorrow on their Bandcamp.

The tour calls at the following venues
