A month or so ago, myself and a few of my blogger pals were asked on to the Pop Goes The Revolution show on Sub City. A lot of fun it was too, it was also the first time I had the pleasure of meeting George who hosts the show, a man who's knowledge of the local music scene in Glasgow put me to shame. You might recall that he recently put on first gig just recently and he enjoyed it that much that they're going to be putting on a second Pop Goes The Revolution Live II on the Thursday 14th April at the Captain's Rest. The gig is also going to be Skinny Villains Single launch for their forthcoming two track single 'Young Love/Green Eyed Monster'. Also playing on the night will are Male Pattern Band, Butterflies On Strings and Napoleon In Rags. It's only £5 with single or£4 without, further details can be found here.
Skinny Villains will make their third appearance at Subcity on the 8th of April on Pop Goes The Revolution, alongside appearances from Male Pattern Band and Napoleon In Rags who will also be coming into the Sub City studio. You can listen to the show live here.
