The Junket were a punchy rock trio from the Kettering, it was their mini album 'Stamina' that first grabbed my attention. Released on Deceptive Records, DJ Steve Lamacq's former label, they released two albums Stamina (mini album) and Lux Safari, eventually splitting in 2001, with some of the band later going on to form Captain. If you like Idlewild or Placebo then this might just be for you.
